Food for Thought: NOW. yes now! if you have been waiting for a sign to do something...this is it! So many times we find ouselves thinking, I'll do this tomorrow or right after this show. Nope, not this time. Take a moment and stop what your doing. Sit back in your chair and think. What is something I have been meaning to do, or get to, or finish? If it is possible right this second do it. First Though, is it beneficial for you? A good way to decide if it is a good idea is remembering the heart agreements. Would it comply to those? Its true your life isnt a YOU event but they are good guidelines in your own life too. This thing that you want to do doesnt necessarily have to be life changing. You could want to just lay down and think. Maybe call a friend you havent talked to in a while. Possibly go running! whatever you have been meaning to do, I ask, no no, I beg you to act upon that. If you can this instant write it down and find a time soon to do it.

Regional News: Hannah and I are having a blast as regionals. So many opportunities have been opened for us and we are ready to dive right in. We love this region soo much and we have SOOO much to give back! Have a wonderful week!
