Christ in me is quickening my power of faith to focus on the presence and power of God.

Travel down to the small of your back the location of the power of “Strength”,

I am strong in the Lord.  I am strength

Move to the solar plexus, the stomach,  the power of “Wisdom”

Also at the forehead is the center for the power of “Will”

Now place your attention behind the navel which is the center of the power of “ Order”

Now to the base of the spine the center for the power of “Renunciation/Release” which

“Christ in me is helping me to release and let go of all that is limited, false and

that stands in the way of my spiritual unfoldment.”

Finally move to the generative center the location of the power of “Life”

represented by the disciple Judas and affirm:

“The pure, restorative, cleansing life of God is flowing through me now.

I feel it and I am grateful.”

Now again place your attention at the Christ center at the crown of your head and feel a soft golden light flowing down over the length of your body and feel these words move through you:

the Light of God surrounds me

the Love of God enfolds me

the Power of God protects me

the Presence of God Watches over me

Wherever I am God is and all is well

We are grateful.
